What You'll Do
As our Fractional Controller, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor and oversee critical accounting functions, including:
- Managing general ledger accuracy and month\-end close activities
- Reviewing financial statements and preparing management reports
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Developing and strengthening accounting procedures and internal controls
- Coordinating with external accounting, audit, and tax professionals
- Analyzing financial results and providing recommendations to improve performance and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller\-level responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership
Position Details
- Independent Contractor (1099\) status

- Hourly compensation commensurate with experience
