Base salary range $90,000\-$100,000
Fully remote \- Full\-time \- Kansas/Missouri/Ohio/Texas/North Carolina areas preferred.

The role
Our new Virtual CFO will serve as a trusted financial advisor and account manager for a portfolio of small to mid\-size businesses. This isn't a back\-office role — you will be in regular contact with business owners, helping them understand their numbers, solve real problems, and build toward their goals.
- Act as ongoing Virtual CFO and strategic partner for multiple client businesses
- Lead client meetings and deliver clear, actionable financial insights
- Oversee accounting processes — AP, AR, reconciliation, and reporting
- Build and monitor operational budgets aligned to each client's goals
- Turn financial chaos into clarity and help clients make smarter decisions
What we're looking for
- Accounting degree with 10\+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with multiple small or mid\-size business clients simultaneously
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop / QBO and MS Office
- Strong communicator — comfortable translating numbers into plain\-language business advice
- Detail\-oriented, organized, and proactive — you see problems before clients do
- Solid financial analysis skills, including experience presenting financial statements and performance reports to business owners or boards
- Comfortable leading strategic planning conversations — helping owners think through goals, priorities, and the financial path to get there
- High level of accountability, responsiveness, and follow\-through
